Thomas P pled not guilty, but prosecutors argued that Thomas neither turned back nor sought help quickly enough to save his girlfriend. During the 14-hour trial, an ex-girlfriend, Andrea B, testified that he'd left her entirely alone on the exact same mountain in 2023.
